Delve deeper into the practice of asana and pranayama.

Through careful guidance and attention to detail you will learn to refine your practice and develop a stronger connection with your own being.

These weekends are an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in yoga goodness and an opportunity to share good food and conversation with like minded beings.

These sessions are open to all except complete beginners.

Saturday & Sunday Mornings –  £20

*Easter Sunday afternoon Session – £12*

Sunday mornings with lunch for afters!

Sundays shorter session includes a delicious vegan lunch which we will enjoy in the cafe at the Buddhist centre after the session.

There is also an opportunity to share lunch together after the Saturday session too.  If you would like to join me for this, please bring along a little something veggie/vegan to share.

3 – 5pm @ Birmingham Buddhist Centre

For experienced students only.  These sessions are designed to explore the nature of asana and pranayama practice at a deeper level.  Please get in touch if you wish to attend.

    I went on this Polish retreat in 2018. Julie is an inspirational yoga teacher, the setting is beautiful, the food and the company was fabulous. Not only a great value holiday, we laughed a lot and I came home refreshed and thoroughly well stretched!
